An architectural design competition for a development of apartments on a 10 acre property with lot of beautiful trees. A total of 400 apartments of various configurations and common facilities like club house & other amenities were part of the proposal.
The buildings were designed in a way to retain the trees and make maximum use of tree cover. Minimal common walls make for maximum sense of privacy.
Each of the three design options proposed were very different from one other in terms of space association, materials and aesthetics.
