The building is four storied. On Basement floor Dining area, seminar hall, multipurpose hall, pantry, store, electric room and adequate toilets are provided. On ground floor entrance foyer, reception, waiting, offices store, electrical room 4 classrooms and adequate toilets are provided.

The building of AIILSG is thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the surrounding mountain range, taking on a mountain-shaped structure that blends seamlessly into the landscape. At the heart of the design is a central courtyard, which allows for abundant natural sunlight and facilitates free air circulation throughout the space. The elevation features strategically placed, plus-shaped punctures that create varying shadow patterns while promoting the flow of cool air into the interior. The exterior is clad in rich red stone, enhancing the building’s connection to its natural surroundings. Open landscaped spaces at each corner of the building provide inviting outdoor areas for relaxation and reflection. The design also includes a unique outdoor seating area that encourages social interaction and appreciation of the landscape. Symmetrical planning has been employed throughout to ensure ease of function and movement, making the building both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional for its users.
