The old age home is two storied. At the entrance beautiful landscape and adequate parking is designed. On Ground floor Admin area, Consulting room, Dining area, seminar hall, kitchen, store, common space, meeting area. Meditation hall, gym area, 23 rooms and adequate toilets are provided. On first floor 6 rooms, common space, terraces are provided. One large central courtyard is also designed for natural light and ventilation.

A central, large open courtyard is featured prominently, allowing for ample natural light and ventilation, which fosters a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Arches along the corridors enhance the sense of openness, creating a fluid connection between different areas of the structure. The design prioritizes accessibility, with ramps thoughtfully integrated throughout to ensure ease of movement for elderly residents. Triangular punctures in the windows, adorned with tinted colorful glass, cast vibrant patterns of light and shadow, adding a playful and uplifting element to the environment.
