This is an educational building owned by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in the city of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The building is single storied. At the entrance circular water body is designed. On ground floor, waiting area, Director’s cabin, admin office, pantry, faculty room, office area, library, museum, research facility and adequate toilet facility is provided. Rectangular courtyard is designed to allow more natural light to filter and fresh air to circulate freely.

This structure has a strong context of “Caves at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar” and one of the distinct monuments of the city – “Soneri Mahal” located right opposite to the site. It strives hard to represent the language of monuments through its articulation of space, the scale, the exterior monumental form and its suitable character. It’s a building of prime importance named after Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The play of light and central elongated court makes with the nature through changing seasons of the city.
