The design is for an alumni project of Government Engineering College at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. There are two parts of the building. Both blocks are three storied. Northern block consists of Alumni office on ground floor, incubation center on first floor and discussion room on second floor. Southern block consists of multipurpose hall on ground and second floor and canteen on first floor.

The design concept is based on the “relation of alumni and the institute from which he or she belongs. Strong bonding between them is shown with in the form of connecting steel bridge.
