This building comprises total seven blocks each one is G+2 floors, including administration, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, research blocks and other required institutional facilities.

The aim is to offer a user friendly, culture friendly and customized spaces for a research institute in the field of “Chemical Technology”. While designing this building the ancient background is researched and shapes of ancient and modern chemical apparatus are studied thoroughly. The exhibition of Ajanta painting on external wall façade is a representation of ancient Indian knowledge of Chemistry in the field of timeless colors.
