There are two parts of The Incubation Centre building. One is the training center and another is the auditorium. The training center is a seven storied building in which the ground floor consists of administration offices and multipurpose area with adequate facilities of cafeteria and toilets. First floor consists of two multipurpose halls and it is connected to the auditorium building with entrance lobby. Second floor is provided with care taker rooms by maintaining its privacy and this floor is also connected to the auditorium building. Third floor consist of meeting room and Restaurant. Floor no. 4, 5, 6 are identical in plan and include incubation center halls.

The building exterior is designed in Grit plaster which results in zero maintenance for external wall finish and exhibits unique identity of the building. Huge Circular openings in combination with square and rectangular shapes in and around creates magnificent look of the building.
