This is an accommodation facility building situated in the Panchakki precinct. Most of the buildings in the dargah complex (including Panchakki) were erected by Turktaz Khan, a noble on the staff of Nizam-ul-Mulk Asaf Jah in about 1695 A. D.

As the building has become structurally weak and need to conserve as soon as possible, the conservation proposal is prepared with proposed adaptive reuse as an art gallery.

Proposed conservation works are Removal of the vegetation growth, Structural strengthening for ceilings which are weak to carry the load, Restoration of stones in Columns which are dilapidated or vandalized, Application of Steel clips to hold stones together, Application of water-proofing layers on Ceilings of vaults which are having Seepage problem, Secure the place by applying fencing around the banks of the river, Restoration of old stairway at West side, which is closed in past, Restoration of old stairway at North side, which is closed in past, Adaptive reuse of open air space at South side as an open air Cafeteria, Adaptive reuse of Musafirkhana as an Art Gallery for local artists, Application of Cobblestone flooring in the river stream and restoring the whole frame as a beautiful riverscape.
