The campus is divided into three types of buildings. First is the school at the North side, i.e. at the entry of the campus. Second are hostel buildings at South-East side and third are apartments at South-West side. The school building is 6 storied; out of which two stories are stilt parking, which are underground. Ground floor is for laboratories. First floor is administration offices. Library is on second floor. Third floor is for NASA competition works and planning studios are proposed on the fourth floor.

Hostel building is 8 storied out of which 6 stories are mostly for accommodation facility and other two are for parking and other supporting services.

Apartment buildings are 13 storied; out of which 2 are stilt.

The school building consists of 6 cube shaped blocks, out of which front 3 are designed in tilted position provided with stepped terrace. It looks like 3 dice artistically carved and placed in front of each other.

Hostel building is designed on the basis of Kunda concept.

Apartments are designed in the form of cubes placed on each other in rotated position.
