Aim was to design a facility which not only caters to various research activities but nurtures it, offers required environment for research, cultivates and promotes innovation, evolved out of creativity, offers inspiring built environment. It is designed to offer pride to its occupants, visitors, promoters, beneficiaries, student community, citizens of Mumbai, state & the country, to be proud to be associated with a facility emerged out of “creativity & innovation” & in rhythm with nature. All associated will have sense of belongingness.

Conceptualized based on the composite leaf with three leaflets, in order to explore the resonating nature with aerodynamic form and seek maximum natural light and wind with more surface areas. As the program focuses on creativity and incubation, the proposed form too responds to morphology inspired by nature to inspire end user to create. It was proposed to extrude the trifoliate up to twenty floors.
