This is a memorial building for famous Indian queen Ahilyadevi Holkar. This project is also designed for Women Empowerment centre. The proposed site is situated along the highway connecting Ahilyanagar and Pune.

The architecture of the proposed project is modern interpretation of Hemadpanti architecture which is exclusive of this region and the exclusive architecture evolved and patronized by Ahilyadevi during her reign. Design is influenced by Maheshwar complex and Indore’s royal palace. The proposal features Black basalt construction, Green building design with solar power generation, Strategic use of wind and sun path, Surrounded by parks. Aim of this design concept is to create a national icon, “Statue of Devi Ahilyabai: Statue of Women Empowerment.”
