This is an institutional building in Pune University. The building is four storied. On ground floor entrance lobby, admin area, classrooms, laboratories, main workshop, faculty room, meeting room, pantry, store and adequate toilets are provided. First floor includes computer halls, seminar halls, workshops, classrooms, labs, toilets and terraces. On second floor canteens, libraries, workshops classrooms, labs and toilets are provided. Third floor includes industrial interaction area and terraces.

The campus of the tech department is designed in a truly unique way. The entrance area and corridors are adorned with pergolas and lush trees, creating a welcoming atmosphere. At the center lies a spacious open area, serving as a focal point for gatherings and activities. Numerous courtyards are interspersed throughout the campus, each offering a tranquil escape. Additionally, beautiful murals are intricately carved into the walls, adding a vibrant artistic touch to the surroundings.
