This is a commercial building in the Pune city. The building is multi storied. On ground floor Entrance foyer, auditorium, ATM, store and adequate toilet facility is provided. On first floor 3 interview rooms, reporting office, record room and adequate toilets are designed. On second floor guest room, director’s cabin, meeting room, office, assistant director’s cabin pantry and toilets are designed. Office, terrace, meeting room, record room, and 2 cabins are provided on third floor. Restaurant , kitchen and washrooms are on fourth floor.

Training and Placement cell is an alumni and placement cell building which majorly attracts industrial and past students of the university.

This ecological building will reinforce the image of Pune University campus amongst its visitors.

It can be considered as a representative structure which is beyond academics and depict values of century’s old establishment. Though T and P is located in an academic campus, it does not provide any formal education but caters a meeting space for visitors from various professional and educational background. Thus it is a rendezvous of past and the present.

The character of this building compliments the monumental character of Pune university main building located in the vicinity. As the location of the site is surrounded by lush green forest on all sides, maximum space within the building witness beautiful nature frames.
