Anand formally joined the Mistry team in 2003, though his association with the office dates back to 1996, when he served as site engineer for the contracting agency on a key project. A civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry, he now heads the engineering team, overseeing cost control, quantity surveying, contractual documentation, and technical reviews at site, while providing value-added inputs, assisting in the resolution of site-related matters, and ensuring clients’ trust in the team’s expertise.

Sharukh’s enduring passion for architecture and unfading energy have had a lasting influence on Anand, who is often introduced to clients as “the man who takes care of your money.” An avid photographer with a particular interest in architectural photography, Anand has documented numerous Mistry’s projects over the years, contributing to the office’s visual archive
