The layout was dictated by the lay of the land, surrounding ecosystem, sight/view lines and an existing building footprint.

High pitched roofs, floor to ceiling openings and double heights enhance volumes which invite the surrounding green and water indoors.

Absence of a physical boundary, the pool with an invisible edge accentuates the connect of the site to the water front.

A semi covered dining deck is designed at the water edge, kitchen and secondary spaces is located centrally to all the rooms with separate external access for ease of service.

The deck roofs with an underlay of bamboo filters the light and green into these spaces with large decks & terraces for star gazing nights.

Nature inspired imprints keeping with the locale (animal foot prints, leaves etc.) adorn on floors, roof slab, light fixtures etc.
