A Civil Engineer with a vast experience in the construction industry, he is now at the opposite end of the table, keeping the vagaries of the construction program in check. Sharukh's passion for architecture and unfading energy has had a tremendous influence on him and the big man often introduces him to the clients as 'the man who takes care of your money'.

Although Anand joined the Mistry team in 2003, he has been associated with the office since 1996, when he was the engineer at site for the contracting agency on a particular project.

Anand’s skill behind the lens has helped the Mistrys maintain a visual record of many projects through the years. Besides this, Anand also has a keen interest in bodybuilding and has earlier participated in several competitions.
