The site located next to a railway line and looking towards hillocks on the northern side.
The Pitch is oriented N-S, with seating areas all around. Facilities like player’s area, clubhouse, admin area, parking, utilities etc. are integrated in the design, and some of them predominantly with an intent to generate revenue
The project addresses traffic at various levels – of people, players, vehicular and services, so as to ease congestion right at the onset
